Been using it for close to a week, been good and comfortable so far. Wakefit delivery and customer care executives are a bit aggressive though, multiple calls for delivery and product review requests.

After looking for many articles both online and offline, i bought this chair from Amazon.inYou should as well go with this article without any second thought. read out my experience to help yourself out before buying.Chair came well packed in the box. everything was well covered with foam to avoid damage while shipping.I like DIY stuff so for me, assembly was a fun process and hardly took over an hour taking instructions from the booklet provided.they also provide you with allen key and a furniture lubricant.the built quality of this chair is solid, it looks plastic from outside but is a solid metal structure inside which wont cause cracks or damages. the cushioning of the chair is firm, upholstery at the back is durable and provides good back support, head support which are adjustable as well.It also comes with a coat hanger attached, which I found very useful for daily usage.Cons.maximum height of the chair is less.

Despite my efforts, I was left with a broken headrest and no assistance from the customer service side.In summary, while the chair itself is quite good and comfortable, the lack of effective customer support and help with replacement parts has been a major downside. If you're willing to risk potential issues with the company’s service, the chair itself could be a great addition to your office. However, if customer support is a priority for you, I’d advise caution.

June 2024:**I found there are few other reviews with the same issue**Review after 4 months bare minimum usage.Hello all,We felt this office chair was really good seeing the reviews, even though it was little costly. We barely used the chair and it was really good. But the adjustable hand rest plastic quality is very fragile. After usage of 4months, even though we are using barely, one hand rest came of due to the poor plastic quality where the screw is not staying tight. I'm completely fine, since products might be like this.But I raised a complaint to the Wakefit team as there was 3yrs warranty. After following up for 2-3weeks along with the video I shared, finally they said that it's due to "User defect" and to fix this they would charge Rs.750 and this was the maximum they could do. All I wanted was a technician to visit and to see what's wrong. Just by asking me to share the pics and videos, they came to a conclusion that it could not be claimed under warranty. I really understand that manufacturing defect would be considered under warranty and this is such defect.So dear friends, who are trying to buy this, be little aware. Even though the product is good, the service I personally went through was very bad. I need to follow up by some other means.Edit on 19-Dec-2024:On Nov15th, almost after 5months, I've sent an email to the grievance officer stating all the issues from the beginning with very little hope. Due to their commitment towards customer satisfaction, they opened a new case and confirmed that its product defect. They sent me a pair of handles with a better quality and a better design (last 2 images attached). I just completed the fitment and its amazing. Thankyou Wakefit.If the issue was addressed properly in the first place, it would have been even better. However, Now this product is definitely recommended. Thanks again for the support.

It has a good lower back support, feels better for longer sitting periods. Overall quality is decent
