I ordered the 11.75 Gallon tote in Black/Red Buckle, but received the Clear/Black Buckle. Not really sure if that makes a difference, but the black/red looked like it was Rubbermaid-ish and not the standard rigid plastic that most totes are made of. I bought these totes because they were labeled "heavy duty". I need to tote around boxes of wire lugs (1/0, 2 AWG, 4 AWG, etc) and other electrical parts/tools in a van, and I wanted to organize them somewhat neatly. If these can hold a little weight, then they will work out just fine.Also, like may other people lately, I received a broken lid. (see attached picture) I have filed a return request with the seller, and time will tell if I get a replacement lid for this tote.

I am extremely disappointed in the product I received. It was advertised and the label said it was 17 5/8 inches by 24 7/8 inches by 9 3/8 inches but actually it is only 15 1/2 inches (at the top and 14 inches at the bottom) wide by 23 inches (at the top and 21 inches at the bottom) long and 8 3/8 inches deep. The advertised and labeled dimensions come closer to the dimensions of the lid but definitely not the usable space.

Actually these storage bins are quite good. I ordered 30 containers and they arrived all without any cracks or problems. They are sturdy enough for daily use. Lid fits perfectly and they stack nicely on top of each other. They may not be extremely industrial heavy duty but for the price one cannot argue. I don't know why other people have so many issues. They flex well but hold the shape just fine. They are inexpensive enough to get a few more, just in case. I am very satisfied with them and would buy again anytime.

Sturdy totes, store camping equipment in ours. Will report back on long-term storage, but so far so good. The handles are robust and lid snaps into place.Update: after further inspection, the lid turned out to be cracked. Sent them in to be replaced (no hassle), but the replacement set also had cracked lids! Seems like brittle plastic. Won't be requesting anther replacement.

massively overpriced for what it is. It is sturdy enough, but not as sturdy as it should be for the price it is listed at ($35-$50). There are sturdier totes for less money. (sterilite industrial, brute) I ordered this because I have been looking for a replacement for a discontinued tote size and this was close. (I bought it on a prime day sale for $25 and it was stilled a bit overpriced for what it is)

The bottom of four boxes was broken on two of four corners despite the delivery box being intact. I am unable to return for refund due to shelter in place regulations. The other three containers are adequate and functional. I actually really like the lids - they lock in place well and the containers seem to seal nicely. The lids are also thick (much sturdier than the boxes themselves) and the containers stack nicely because of this. I would be wary if you need this container to be picked up and put down a lot due to the broken corners I experienced.

I purchased the 4-pack of the 5 gallon bins with covers. The quality is ok, to “above average” for the bin itself. The covers a bit flimsier. My biggest issue is with the red flip/locking handles. These handles regularly come off. Even when the top is closed and you pick up a full bin with the handles closed, when you grip the handles, they will twist and pop off in your hands. Overall, the bin is the size I wanted, but the latches need improvement.

Fits under my Hollywood Bed nicely and for my needs have plenty of storage room. It is just for office supplies and odds and ends. However, if you are looking to store clothing just be aware that these do not seal tightly even with the locking handles. The lid will be pretty loose and bugs could get in.

Ordered 4 of the 5 Gallons, it came with 3 bins and 5 lids.Can't blame China this time because it's "Made in USA".Company does not respond to emails so I'm stuck with 2 extra lids and minus one bin.The construction and quality is fine, not super heavy duty but pretty good to store cables and old electronics.
