Awesome covers that fit my biggest bread bowl.
I use the heck out of these. I have given them to all my friends that bake SD bread. So much easier than trying to get two sheets of plastic wrap to cover a whole big bowl.

Good size for swallowing
Bought for the ivermectin we take daily. If you don’t have a problem with swallowing capsules of size they work great. Not so flimsy that they break while filling. Would recommend

How to avoid psyllium blobs and lousy taste
Good value-we couldn’t stand the glob of putting psyllium in coffee or juice, and the suggestion dose of 3 00 size capsules provides 1500 mg of powder -to get the moderate dosage of 5 gram daily would require 10 of those capsules a day. It is much more logical to buy a bag of 000 empty capsules, and loose psyllium- filling the capsules by shoveling the stuff from a bulk container is easy. To get a moderate dose ((5mg) of pre-packaged 00 capsules requires capsules, home filled 000 capsules requires about 6- at a fraction of the cost.

Get a tiny funnel
My only complaint is, I wish they came with a little funnel and one spatula. Otherwise, great. I just fashioned one out of paper.

Worked but didn't work....wish there was a better way to fill them too
Wish the capsules came with a way to help fill them, like some sorta pop up easy station, but either way they worked as capsules, but what was put inside them did not work:^( yet it usually did work outside being grinded up and put into these capsules, the capsules put a super duper extra long delay on the containments inside the capsules.
