Works right out the box and looks wonderful excellent quality nice and heavy. It’s a little frustrating getting the moon to hover above the base but stick with it and you’ll get it!

Absolutely awesome!!! Took a few mins and reviewing the instructions over and over to find the balance point, but once I found it I was blown away. I really thought at first this may be a scam but it most definitely is not!! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

Works very nicely. As others have said it does take a little bit to get the sphere balanced on the magnetic base. When your attempting to balance it the very strong magnet will attract the metal bottom of the sphere very strongly and make a loud smacking noise as it hits the base repeatedly until you can get it just right. Looks very cool and love the variety in brightness and colors with the controller. Doesn’t quite float as high as the photo suggests on Amazon. Otherwise works as suggested.

Also the fade between the white and orange is much more smooth than that, the shudder speed was just weird and made it look bad. Anyway this is a cool light.

When I bought this product I was very hesitant. I spent hours looking at this kind of levitating moon lamp from different companies and realised that a lot of them had very bad reviews, claiming that they stopped functioning after days or weeks. I decided this company seemed the best and I have not been disappointed.It has now been on for most parts of the night for 6 months straight and it still works as well as it did then. It lights up well, it's easy to make levitate once you get the hang of it, and the switch works perfectly. I was also able to easily get in touch with the company when I had a question.However, this device does require low voltage input (made for US and not EU). So to use this I bought a transformer and I have only used the product in connection with the transformer. I believe that that may be the main reason that it has not worked for everyone, but it works for me. So if you buy this, make sure to have a plug with low voltage output or buy a transormer.The only downside to this product is that the 3D print or the material looks pretty cheap up close. But from afar it's barely noticeable and it's not the important thing (the levitating, lighting parts is).So overall, I have been pleased with this product and would recommend it - only make sure the output is correct.

The lamp is very effective and looks extremely cool. Personal preference is for the cool white, which looks most lunar. Two things to be aware of:1) the initial positioning is extremely tricky, but putting a sheet of paper or thin card in between the base and the globe seems to make it much easier2) it makes a gentle, rhythmic creak vaguely like a cricket, even when the light is off (presumably from the electromagnets) so may not be suitable in a bedroom if you are troubled by noise.

I bought this because I thought it was one of the coolest things I've ever seen and I can confirm that it is really cool. It doesn't hover as high of the base as I had expected but it's still obviously floating and spinning and therefore crazy cool. My only complaint is that the electromagnet is actually quite loud, with a wiring/grinding noise that will drive you insane if its in a quiet room.

I was a bit sceptical about the quality and price at first, but it's a very well built item.Made of luxury wood base and has a touch button sign,just touch it to turn on/off the moon light.a little tricky to levitate the moon lamp for the first time , after try more times, you will get the point more easily.The seller also provided gift card you can write the best wishes for your friends.Awesome!!!!
