Not White, it glows yellow,

I used these two in my residential flat in two strategic points; the illumination is too good. But, but, as the product description had said, it was supposed to be one Warm White and the other one Golden Yellow. I found to my 'satisfaction' that both were Warm White, as I wanted both of them to be of the same colour. One worry persists, if it goes out of order, in less than a year, how do I claim the guarantee on the product?

No doubt product & illumination is perfectly OK but as per product detail two colours are mentioned warm white & golden yellow but practically only one colour is glowing that is warm white.
