I overall love it its portable and 9 massage nodes at one 10 minute time frame 😅 it relieves my aches the inflation portion is a enormous benefit im 6ft3 and im 280 im quite pleased on the price i spent on it at that time but lately my power keypad active functions will not work my heating is slightly great i bought a newer adapter to check its power and it still doesn't when i plug it in it just gyrates in red and never settles so i can choose to start it I need help understanding what i can do to get it functional again

I bought this to place in my work chair to help with my disk issues since I work at a computer all day & to use during long car rides as needed. For only having a vibrate function as massage it works good. The heat is also strong. So far my only real complaints are the short duration in which it stays on before you have to reset it. I'd much prefer to have an option for time or just be able to turn ot off when I want. I understand having a safety feature for the heating portion but even my basic heating pad last 30 minutes to 1 hour before it auto shuts off. This only lasts 10 minutes for everything. It is a bit more noisy than I'd like but considering the decent vibration strength it's tolerable.

When I first got this at the end of June, I would have given it five stars. But here we are, just over two months later, and it will work for a few minutes, then stop. I jiggle the cord and it goes back on. And then it stops again a few minutes later. I have checked the plug and the connections, and they are connected, so it seems like a wire has come loose inside. I mean, if the whole point of the product is that you sit on it, shouldn't it be able to withstand that without breaking down in only two months? Maybe I just got a bad one, but honestly, I would not recommend this product at all when it has become unreliable in such a short time.

Okay product. Works well and easy to use just not very comfortable for you have the large balls on back and butt and not much cushion to counter it

I love it I have back pain work well and heats up. Cold nights step in to car place in USB port bam with in seconds heat starts. Push back chair relax.

I have actually enjoyed this product for the time I've had it, the massage speeds, heat and patterns are great. I use this unit on a daily basis, actually multiple times a day due to back and hip issues, BUT, in less than a year the controller is malfunctioning to the point I have to unplug the unit to have it shutoff or it will run continuously and only one set of vibrating operating. Maybe I over used it and wore it out. I guess for the price I got my monies worth. When purchased this there was no notice of this being a frequently returned product. I may be stupid but I'm considering ordering another because this is the only one that has helped with my bac/hip issues. If I get another year out of it I'll live with it
