Very pleased with my purchase

They have no flavor and the value for the money is appropriate i feel. They do what they say. I mean you can't eat carbs and expect that the pills will magically put you in ketosis but if you are keeping the carbs low and can't seem to get into ketosis this product will do the trick. For added benefits get some exercise it will put you in a deeper state of ketosis than the pills alone.

Great Supplement for the money
I have been using this supplement for awhile and it works great. It targets my mid section and gives my waist a much slimmer appearance. Works exactly like claims
I use the product to both get into ketosis and to maintain. When starting, I take 2 capsules one time a day, usually morning. After in ketosis, I move to one a day in the morning to help me maintain. I do notice decreased appetite after 1-2 weeks.
