When you work out the price, it’s a lot more frugal than buying those quart sized cartoons, and much more flavorful with real chicken fat!

We love the flavor of this product. If I use a powdered or cube of bouillon to made something like my chicken flavored rice the wife complains of the salt taste. Same problem with chicken soup. When I use this product there is plenty of flavor and no salt after taste. It's nice to use and I don't have to worry about my blood pressure going up from salt.The 21 oz jar came in a box, and inside the box was the jar wrapped in 4 layers of bubble wrap. No damage and excellent packing.

The America's Test Kitchen test of chicken broths rated this very highly, explaining also that most of the boxed broths are made by that company buying a paste like this and mixing it with water. It's so convenient and comparatively sustainable to have a jar of this in the fridge (and a backup in the pantry!) to mix as-needed, to whatever strength needed, rather than going through tons of boxes or cans. Flavor is excellent, and I love being able to get the organic in a big jar. Shipped perfectly, definitely will repeat.

Best bouillon in the world, excellent flavor, no msg to poison us. Hard to find the 50% percent reduced sodium version, rather than the only 25%.Arrived in perfect condition. The jar was quite thoroughly wrapped in padding, obviously to avoid the common problem of breakage of jars. I've ordered this from this vendor several times, and it has always arrived well wrapped and in perfect condition.

I will use no other product for chicken broth purposes, it's that good. This larger size is convenient, I use it so often. It came very well packaged, no problems.

This chicken paste is good quality, far better than any store-brand chicken paste (they are mostly just salt). Adding a teaspoon of it to almost any cookable vegetable dish or soup before preparing it with heat greatly enhances the flavor, and supplies just enough saltiness to avoid the need for adding any more salt, without be too salty either. My only concern was the horrendous amount of packing needed to avoid breakage in transit: so much plastic that I will buy in the store next time instead of ordering it on-line.

I use this all the time! I was so happy to find a larger size at a great price. Bonus it’s lower sodium!!
