I got so many compliments on this cape for my Parrot Halloween costume at a work event! The colors are beautiful and it was light enough to wear all night. I wish the lining was red or black, but overall I was happy with it.

This cape was pretty and unique but ultimately I decided not to use it as part of my parrot costume (pirate themed Christmas party). It’s well made but tight around the neck and the loops for your wrist went up to my forearm because the cape wasn’t large enough. I am an L/XL so maybe a smaller framed person would fare better. The white underside of the cape is also a missed opportunity for more of the same feather print from the back. The white wound up taking too much away from the costume from the front.

I use this to protect against mosquitos of cooler day.My only complaint is that the thumb elestics are like an half an inch too far back on the wings to be comfortable enough to spread my arms. I am 5”4’ so my arms aren’t that long.Other than that it is well printed and is a good size for me although anybody taller then me would find it way too short I think.

I wanted it because it was black and red and white like an African Grey Parrot, but there was quite a bit of purple, so I returned it. Otherwise nice.
