The board and all accessories were packed very well. Initial setup was a breeze. I’ve been thorough impressed with the quality of the board itself - it’s heavy duty compared to other inflatable boards I’ve seen. Airing up to just under 15 PSI was a little difficult, but not for any reason other than being tired - the manual pump that comes with the board is nice and light. It also includes a gauge (pictures) so you know exactly how much air pressure is going into the board.I was also a fan that the paddle is adjustable with clear markings so my wife and I can each know exactly what length we each prefer.All in all this has been a really good investment so far. Will definitely be adding another board to our arsenal once more colors are available (his and her boards).

I am 235 lbs and this holds me up no problem. VERY good quality. The paddle is also good quality. It’s a lot of work to pump it up to the correct pressure but it takes no more than 15-20 min. To fully deflate and disassemble it took about 20 min total. It came with a paddle, a dry bag, some repair stuff, an ankle leash thing, and a pump. It makes for some fun days on the river or the lake. I definitely recommend. But maybe get an electric pump so you don’t tire out your arms before paddling. I’ve used it both sitting and kneeling (working my way up to be able to stand on it lol) and it is very stable.

I ordered two paddleboards and they both came as advertised and had every piece included. I was impressed with the quality of the units and felt like the instructions were very clear and easy to read. The carrying bag is very basic, but makes it easy to carry every piece that we need. The only complaint was one paddle board came with a leak near the valve. It was a very minor leak, but lost several psi on its first inflation. HOWEVER, I reached out to the support team with a video of the leak, and they were quick to respond with sending a replacement. Great customer service, and I would recommend these boards.

I wanted an entry level board to try it out and found this one at a very good price. The third time we used it, the large center fin broke off and was lost. I emailed the company directly and received a response on the same day. After providing them with my Amazon order number, they responded by sending me a new fin in the mail, free of charge, which arrived in the mail 2 days later as promised! Amazing customer service.The board is fun and will float both me and my husband (approx 300 lb) no problem. Be aware this thing is big. I live on the 3rd floor - we inflated it in the apt and it would not fit down our open stairwell or in the elevator. After inflating it by hand once, I bought an electric pump (highly recommended). And yes, be careful with the big fin on the bottom.

Board is great!! Tracks straight, is stable, light to carry and was a ton of fun! Bag , accessories, and paddle are great.Only reason I can’t give 5 starts is because the pump broke during it’s first use. Honestly though, hand pumping to 15+ PSI sucks. Arms and back were tired after pumping half way up. Had to rest a bit before I could paddle. Highly recommend you just get an electric pump.

Great value for the money so far. Used on 5 trips to the lake for about 3-4 hours total so far. It's durable, resistant to puppy nails, and holds its air firmly, but I didn't even try to use the hand pump in favor of an electric air pump. That makes it an easy task and well worth the investment in my book. I have a kayak seat I use with it, also, and the d-ring attachments are holding up well. Buy it if you are thinking about getting into paddleboarding!

Would like to give zero stars, but not an option. I purchased this just over a year ago and inflated it once and took it to the lake to make sure it worked. Packed it away until guests were to arrive last week, only to discover that it would not stay inflated for more than an hour. Obviously, this is not an item that I intended to use frequently, so very upset that it was literally NEVER used other than to briefly test it's buoyancy!
