Brilliant! PERFECT size for many uses – not too small and not too big. Really good for quick relief under the back of the neck but be careful not to leave for more than a few minutes as it can make the neck too cold. Used as shown they can make you feel cool in hot weather but remember, they absorb your heat to make you cool so will eventually get hot themselves (maybe after an hour or two) so switch them over in time for a fresh one, and let each recharge to use again an hour or two later so don't fall asleep on one! Buy twice as many as you need so that you can swap them so that you always have a cooling pad ready to take over when one has started to become warm. Better than a fan sometimes as the ACTUALLY TAKE HEAT FROM your body so genuinely cool you off. I prefer these with gel rather than those with sponge inside as they are more effective. The amount of gel is just right as to much will be far too cold and get squished about when you move possibly damaging the pad's seal.Had a problem with the first delivery due to a manufacturing problem (NOT the seller's fault) but the seller was EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL in resolving the problem IMMEDIATELY, to my full satisfaction and I can recommend the seller MOST HIGHLY.

This product has been a game changer, keeps me nice and cool. Especially on hot days. It also helps me with my back pain. The size is just right,weight is good, functional perfect. Good value for money,and slip resistant

Okay and certainly help to keep the body cool, but the fabric is very scratchy so needs to be wrapped in a good cover.

Was very disappointed to find that when they arrived they had mould on them, the boxes on the inside was covered in mould

Love these cooling pads, have been a life saver during the heatwaves we have had. Well made and good size.

Mouldy and smelly. This product arrived in crushed product packaging, bound together with tape ready for postage. The boxes are covered in white mildew as were the products inside. It’s not enough to wipe the mould away, the pillows smell of mould and cannot be used. The only thing that can be done with this product is to put it in the bin.

Very cold after keeping I the fridge. Will be lovely when it gets very hot . Very good value for money
