I purchased this as I wanted an easy once a day, highly absorbable and gentle on stomach b vitamins. (Mild stomachs issues). I knew this was high potency but I didn’t register how high it was!. I think I misread the vitamin b12 at time of purchase as it contains a lot more than expected by an extra zero. It contains 500micrograms! . Now high strength at from pharmacies own brand b12 supplement is 250micrograms and mostMultivitamins/ b complex contains range from 2.5-50micrograms. So this is double a high strength and 10x the higher doses for a multivitamin. It also has relatively high thiamine.Overall I probably wouldn’t recommend buying this knowing how high strength it due to potential risk of toxicity for some of the vitamins in some people. Im only taking it 2 times a week to reduce risk until I find a replacement multivitamin. Definitely don’t take this without discussing with your doctor (or registered dietitian or pharmacist).

Overall I am happy with the product. It is exactly what it says it is. It really is high potency as described. I only use one softgel a day because when I started out with two, my urine turned a bright color... Also, it is easier to swallow for me. Overall, I am happy i can get this vitamin b complex softgel.

I feel this has helped relax me and that it is working.The ingredients and processing seems to be all it claims.I will subscribe t this product.

Really gives me energy throughout my day and the natural ingredients is a plus
