Does what it should do
I tried a smaller black, square CB rated at 200A. It heated up significantly and tripped around 125A. Tried another rated at 250A...not much better. I bought and installed this one in my travel trailer. Although larger and more expensive, it stayed closed at 200A, and tripped at a higher amperage after about 20 minutes. This one trips as expected and doesn't get excessively warm. Unlike the cheapies I tried, I have reasonable confidence that this device will open at an appropriate current to protect the electrical system without being a fire hazard.

Very heavy duty circuit breaker
This replaced a circuit breaker that was totally inadequate for my battery Bank. It is a very heavy duty and you will actually hurt your thumb trying to turn it on or off but it does the job amply.

It's impressive,
For a circuit breaker I expected the common one for home use, what I received was built to do the job but extremely well made. I'm very happy with this circuit breaker. For what I need I feel it will provide the protection for the Solar battery's and my solar system better than the ones I'm use to buying.
