Best money I have spent all year. I have thick, long hair. I was spending 20+ minutes blow drying my hair. This dryer cut the time in half with less heat and damage. Highly recommend!

I got this hair dryer as it was one of two brands recommended by my hair dresser. It’s powerful, dries my thick, curly hair fairly fast, and is easy to hold. I like that it has a number of different settings for temperature and speed, although I tend to always use highest and hottest. It also came with three different tools that fit in the barrel. If you’re looking for something quiet, though, this isn’t it - although I’m not sure how they could realistically make a hair dryer both quiet and powerful. Overall, I’m really happy with this hair dryer.

I should have listened to some of the reviews I read. The buttons are right where your fingers hold on to the handle. Cannot get through drying my hair without turning the dryer on and off several times! Very frustrating! Would not recommend this dryer.

The last hair dryer I had was this Hot Tools Tourmaline dryer. It lasted 8 years! And I used it every day, only exceptions were on vacations. So I ordered another one just like it. This newer one is slightly lighter than the last one. It's even slightly less noisy even tho it really wasn't that noisy to begin with. Only issue is the placement of the controls. They are on the handle where you typically hold it, but I've worked around it for the last 8 years and will do so on this one. The dryer works great and came with some useful attachments. Really like this dryer!

Dries our hair about 5 mins faster than our old dryer, has good air pressure and seems like it will hold up well, love the long cord, and the texture, my only complaint has been where the buttons are, I will hit them when drying someone else's hair, but not usually when doing my own, so not really that big of a deal!

Lightweight but power and heat buttons flip far too easily. It’s super loud. Dries well. Doesn’t get very hot.

Very quiet and excellent airflow! The control of airflow and temperature is what one expects of Hot Tools and this one delivers! Very useful accessories. Would definitely purchase again!

Purchased second unit expecting same quality item. Received a previously purchased/used dryer. Unit was loose inside plastic bag. There is grease or glue around housing of unit (see picture). Shipped in original dryer box not inside cardboard box for add'l protection of dryer...dryer box was partially open when received...dryer was not fitting well in box...perhaps shifted during shipping since it was loose in plastic bag. Returned unit next day..very disappointed. Have purchased same dryer before and loved it. When I ordered unit, I specified new not used....unfortunate.

Terrific experience....my hair dryer was shipped in a couple days and it’s the best hair dryer I have ever had!I am very pleased with this purchase.
