I brush, floss, hardly eat sugar, went years without getting new cavities, so why was I suddenly getting more? I realized it had to be the tea. I really got into loose leaf teas about two years, and the acidity must have been slowly weakening the enamel of my teeth. Sadly, I thought I would have to give up my morning tea ritual. BUT not anymore! I started swishing occasionally with this stuff a couple of months ago, and didn't see much change. Admittedly, the first time I tried it, my eyes watered so badly from the taste and stinging in my mouth. But when I had the realization that I would have to give up tea, I started swishing right after drinking tea, so every day at least once a day. I've noticed an improvement after only a couple of weeks of swishing consistently every day. I had two thin dark lines at the base of one of my molars, which let me know a shallow cavity was developing there. After about a week of swishing, when I looked at the tooth, I only saw one thin dark line. I wondered if maybe the lighting was different and that was why I only saw one line. Or, was it this liquid? I started swishing 1 to 2 times a day. After a few more days of swishing, I've noticed that the black line is getting shorter and fainter. I can barely see it. Now I'm definitely swishing twice a day, and I've got my whole family swishing too. I'm looking forward to the line disappearing completely over the next week or two. You get used to the taste. It doesn't burn anymore when I swish, and now I actually like the taste. My mouth feels really clean and fresh after swishing. If you're wondering whether to order this product, GET IT. For $15, this is much more cost-effective than going to the dentist even if you have insurance coverage. The co-pay, gas, time, etc. is more than $15--not to mention the value of not having to face the drill and get fillings.
