CT1 is possibly the best flexible adhesive you can buy. It has fast grab and can act as filler, sealant and adhesive. It can be hard to squeeze out with a skeleton gun, but if you put the tube on a radiator for half an hour it’s much easier. Even though it’s a flexible adhesive, if you stick timber with it, certainly with softwood, you’ll pull a thin layer of wood off before you get the adhesive off. You can use this instead of silicone and apparently it doesn’t yellow. It’s *very* sticky to apply so if you get it where you don’t want it, it will be extremely hard to remove. If you try to use it like silicone, you’ll struggle to get a very fine feathered edge. You can’t use the wet finger trick with this stuff, and it seems to stick to absolutely everything. Cleaning it up can be very tricky (use lots of kitchen roll and throw it away) so be very careful when you apply it. It’s easy to seal the nozzle for future re-use - far easier than Sikaflex EBT for example. Once sealed, you can use this pretty easily after a few months. The biggest risk with people using this is not being able to remove stuff once it has been glued. This is not adhesive you can use for temporary fixing. It’s expensive, but once something is glued - it stays fixed.

An excellent product suitable for use in wet conditions. We used it to secure plastic discs on the non slip surface of our bath in order to be able to safely fit and remove a bath lift, as required. The discs have stayed in situ and have made it possible for the bath lift to perform safely and for it to be easily fitted and removed at will or when other more able bodied family members wish to use the bath. The adhesive we purchased, in white originally, a few years ago has remained white after constant use in the bath. It has also remained firmly adhered to the discs and bath. Since that first use we have continued to purchase it in other colours for indoor and outdoor applications.

Expensive.but the quality takes over if you don't mind mebthe price this is superb
