The customer service at this company is absolutely amazing. I purchased these glass bowls and I would definitely buy them again. They are sturdy they’re very easy to use and they’re very easy to clean. I’ve use them in the microwave and they’re just terrific goals. They keep you on track with your portion size and it’s very easy to read to make sure that you’re not over eating. Love these!

These are nice and deep. I like the measurements inside the bowl so that I can tell, at a quick glance, how much water my dog drinks each day.

These are a pack of two porcelain bowls, they are dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe, however I would shy from the oven honestly because it doesn't give a limit, such as 350 degrees, etc., they are 12 ounce bowls, or aone and a half cups,, I had looked at other diet bowls but they were all made of melamine, I wanted the sturdiness of porcelain and that I could wash and cook in it as needed, you can't do that with melamine, really, any twelve ounce bowl is okay for weight loss, you could just mark it on the outside with a permanent marker, but I was lazy and saw these and decided to go ahead and invest in these, you can use them as a measuring device also for cooking if you think about, but I want to lose weight without having to mesure everything in a cup then transfer it to a bowl. I like them, I think they'll last for quite awhile, and ceramic/porcelain is always better than plastic. Worth the investment.

I love the fact that I don’t have to wash measuring cups. Easy to read, it helps to not over eat a total time saver. Packaged great and prompt arrival. The photos don’t do the product justice. So happy that I purchased.

I use these as a teaching tool, for my 9a Rolf and 11yr old boys. They understand portion size now.

I like the bowls. I saw some reviews seeing the portion lines were wrong but I measured the food a few different ways prior and it was accurate.
