Missing pages!
This book is missing pages! It jumps from page 386-403. I didn't figure this out until after I wrote my name on it and began using it at work. I am very disappointed.

Counterfeit copy!!! DO NOT BUY!
Returned and just purchased directly from the WHO website - the one I received from Amazon was definitely a counterfeit copy. The cover and page material are a different material (more textured rather than the usual glossy feel of the real WHO books). The images are poor quality and the text is slightly blurry. DO NOT BUY if you are looking for the real WHO text - purchase instead directly from the WHO website.
