Great quality and very spacious!
I love this drainboard so much! It is very spacious and very sturdy. I have a lot of cups that I was on a daily basis. Coffee mugs, RTIC cups, other insulated cups, and so on. My other drainboard had a hard time holding those cups upright. They kept falling off the drainboard. This one keeps the cups on there nice and tight and secure. I love that. Plus, I use a lot of different size cutting boards, and other large pans, which fit inside this drainboard. I can’t say enough how happy I am with it. Also, as you can see by the picture, my old drainage system used to drain directly on the edge of the sink and left hard water deposits on there. I can’t get it off. This one has the spout that comes out and drains into the sink. It is so much nicer and cleaner. I love it! I learned from other people to just set the drainboard on the edge of the sink so it would drain properly, and it works great! Very happy with my new product!

Compared to What We Grew Up With
This drainer’s basket measures ~13x16 for 208 square inches area, compared to my old white coated wire drainer’s ~13.5x17.75 for 240 square inches area. This drainer is 13% smaller in dish holding area than the old one. What do we get that balances the old drainer’s useful capacity? The full story requires considering the old unit’s drain tray, measuring 15x20”. This unit’s tray measures essentially the same size as the basket and is raised. All told, we gain counter space, both practically and visually. If your counter area is limited and/or is made of attractive material you’d like to see more of, this modern, visually crisp design will let you see and use a bit more of your counter. The metal is thicker and sturdier than that of my old basket. I always bend the cupholder tongs slightly outward so that I can slip in small flats (thin plastic cutting boards, cookie sheets which we use primarily for baking veggies…large sheets still require drying elsewhere). These tongs bend easily; don't overdo it.Between the absence of vinyl cladding and narrower spacing of crossmembers compared to my way-old rack, anything bowl-shaped tends to easily fall over. To maximize stacking and draining be prepared to futz around with arrangements. And maybe empty the drainer more frequently. One real dunce design move is that the silverware caddy’s bottom has slits in it instead of holes. This bonehead choice lets handles and knife blades slip through. If you have a shorter caddy from an older drainer you can add it to this basket for more capacity, especially if you position one of them outside the drainer. I cut bottoms out of heavy duty cloth window screen (I think it's referred to as pet proof) and laid them in each of the 3 sections. They won't rust and now silverware stays put.As others have noted, this design’s rotating drain trough won’t clear old style sink lips; it requires modern counters with sinks recessed below them. As for breakage, I can’t imagine what misuse would result in the trough breaking off at its center attachment. It is obvious that washing the base will require just a little care. to avoid catching the trough. If your sink hose reach is long enough you can wash it in place; do so before it gets encrusted so that, hopefully, a simple hot water spray will suffice. If you need to wipe the trough, be gentle with it so as not to snap the little plastic fingers that hold it to the tray. Anyway, it's light enough to hold in one hand while sponging and rinsing over the sink.

Stylish and does the job
It’s clean and elegant and works! Drain is so so but doesn’t matter! Does the job when loaded and tons of water needs to go

Well made and attractive
I would give this dish rack five stars except for one aspect - not really the rack’s fault: we have a drop in sink and the rim of the sink is above counter level. Thus, the drain spout of the rack is more flat than sloped. If the legs on the bottom of the drain board section were 1/4 inch taller, it would be perfect. Oh well, after we empty the rack, we just tilt up the unit and all is well. Minor inconvenience. This is well made, holds whatever we put in it securely, and looks attractive.

Lasts a long time
I've had this drying rack for two years now. It works great for my needs. In a household of three, we exclusively handwashed all of our dishes in that two year period. This was a great device for us.I'll just keep it simple...**PROS**-Holds a ton of dishes-Numerous glassware hanging spots on both sides-Drain-into-sink swivel spout-DURABLE-Lasts forever if taken care of-Can replace the drain tray portion with a drying mat**CONS**-Requires drying mat underneath. This wasn't an issue for us as we already had one prior to purchasing this. As others have mentioned, the swivel spout is far from perfect. It does leak but for the most part, the water does drain using the spout.-Cleaning can be a pain. A whole lot of nasty gunk will build up on the swivel spout. The best way to clean it is to remove it HOWEVER, you have to be very careful when pushing in the pressure tabs on it as they are fragile. Breaking the spout off could completely eliminate the ability of the drain tray to do its job. But a drying mat could work just as well.Overall, for the price, I think this is a great product. We go through a lot of glassware and coffee mugs so we need all the cup drying handle things as possible because I hate the spots that put glassware flat on a drying mat leaves. It will last you a long time. Just keep in mind the cons, which honestly aren't that bad, and be aware of what you can do to circumvent these issues.

So far we love it
Have not had the product that long and only am worried that the copper color will come off. Seems very sturdy, can hold a lot of dishes, glasses and utensils. It fits well in my small space.

Arrived damaged
The product is sturdy and useful in size and I esp like the swivel drainer. However, when it arrived, the base was discoloured, the swizzle part had 2 small pieces missing. Online, it looks as if you can fit the cutlery tray within the base but it only clips on the outside (not great if you purchase it thinking all h2o drainage will be kept withing the base). The original packaging was ripped to shreds and it had been packed within another brand new cardboard box. Either a manufacturer or amazon storage / delivery error. Not very impressed for how much it cost.

Great value for money
I was always getting puddles of water beside my draining board with my old type drainer this one is great the water runs into the sink leaving it dry underneath so no more puddles it also holds a lot and is very sturdy the cup hangers on the side are a good idea giving more room in the basketI would recommend this to anyone

Best item I've bought in a while...
I'm very happy with this dish drainer.Where I live, the water is VERY hard and tends to stain the glasses and draining board. This dish drainer has enabled me to keep the drainer free from water stains and the glasses too have also become clearer. I'm really impressed. Additionally, it is a fair size - approximately covering all of the draining board, which means I am not struggling to fit the dishes onto the drainer. As an added bonus, I noted that another seller had this item on sale for £50, whilst I was able to buy this one for £30 - sounds like a bargain to me!

Not worth the money, badly designed.
Rack doesn't sit in the base properly, its unbalanced as it won't click in. Not suitable for bowls. Cup hooks aren't great either, if you load only 1 side it tips. Cutlery drainer also unbalanced so it falls over. Quality is ok, but the design is awful. A cheap one from the pound shop does a better job.
