I sweat a lot when I work out and get dehydrated easily even when I drink water during workouts. I’ve tried sports drinks and other rehydration powders. For me, this works the best and tastes better than other products. Since switching to B4 as a pre-workout (I still drink plenty of water) I stay hydrated during my workouts, I can go harder for longer, and I even sweat less! The water I drink during the workout is going where my body needs it. It’s a GameChanger!

Swapped out morning OJ for B4. Noticed immediate energy boost, and even had a few drinks on friday night, but slept well with no ill effects in the morning - do i have B4 to thank? Must be. Really nice product and glad I gave it a try. Will be ordering more.

The product is a brick. One packet leaked slightly creating a sludge on the outside. It is not eligible for return, so kinda bummed here. I wouldn't buy this.Honestly, I cant tell you what it tastes like as it is not useable.

A little too pricey (on amazon) for me. But the product is great. I will have to look around to see if theres a better price.

Delicious flavor! It’s more of a toasted coconut than an artificial sunscreen tasting coconut. Pro-tip: serve ice cold and don’t be afraid to mix flavors! Half orange, half coconut tastes like it should have an umbrella in it. I am an event planner and I love drinking B4 before (see what I did there?! 😉) to prevent dehydration from being too busy to remember to stay adequately hydrated. I used to get horrible leg cramps and headaches after event days, but one B4 ensures those don’t happen. Highly recommend!!

Flavor is great but the powder inside the packets is hard.

The media could not be loaded. B4 has a tasty new coconut flavor that is light, not overwhelming. It gives you enery when you drink within an hour of working out or being active. It is refreshing and hydrating as a pre-workout and precovery drink. It's easy to use and convenient; just pour contents into your favorite bottle of water!

The new flavor of coconut hit every taste bud and then more. Many companies with product similar will leave your water with a lot of sediment floating at the top. This product was dissolved by just pouring water into the glass. For that 5 stars were already there! I use this product before golf rounds and nights out and can truly tell a difference in performance, hydration, and the morning after.
