I am in need of a core bit to cut through a tile floor and concrete foundation for a tub drain. Will this bit do the job? Will I need a hammer drill?

I need to drill a hole through brick to accommodate a 4 inch vent pipe. Will the 4 inch bit do the job, or do I need something slightly larger?
