**Q: Is the water in the tank meant to leak into the base? I lifted the tank for cleaning today and the base is swamped with water!**
A: Yes, it normal. Beacuse the water has to filtered out from the tank into the base where there is the device that generates the cold mist.

**Q: Hi, does this filter tap water to distilled? I only ask as it'll be used in my babys nursery to help him with his cough. Thanks.**
A: Hello, this humidifier doesn't have the function to distill the tap water. It is recommended to fill purified or distilled water with the water tank to use. Also, it needs to be clean regularly as per the user manual to maintain cleaning.
