ALTON LEO12195 Brass, Single Lever Sink Mixer with Flexible Swivel Spout, Black & Chrome Finish

Bought this product on 8th January 2019and the Black pipe has already broken as theuploaded photo shows. Supposed to be under warranty but I don’t know how to claim this warranty.

I bought counter mount single lever kitchen tap, after almost two months of research in net and in direct shopping. I selected this product as it suits my galaxy black counter top and I wanted 360deg rotatable swivel as well. I did installation myself, therefore took time to Drill holes ( pre drilled hole in the granite was 3/4in whereas thread size in this tap was 1 1/4in ) . Otherwise it took less than 5 minute to install the whole assembly. The product comes with 7 years warranty which was not envisaged. The tap and silicon sleeve were of top notch quality. Overall this is one of my best purchase in Amazon.

The faucet itself is great, though it does reduce the water pressure. The reason it looses 1 star is because it's not easy to install. You need to insert the pipe into the faucet and turn, and since the pipe is flexible you don't know it it is tightened correctly. The joint (nut) should be placed at the base of the faucet, so you don't have to do guess work when installing the same. So far though it feels sturdy and I love the fact that I can adjust it anyway I want

I'm giving 5+ rating to this product.It's working perfectly fine and very stylish in appearance.I have tried and research product like this in the market personally but this product is offering 90% less cost in terms of those which I have already rejected due to unexpected price range.The real money saver and 5+ rating product.

i bought this product its very beautiful piece but i have to return it..since they have already done new home plumbing and fittef those taps on the walll...this special tap requires little bit diff settings since it will cost me so much to makes changes in my concealed plumbing i have decided to return this product....trust me i have seen this tap...never used its very beautiful tap...but make sure you tell ur builder plumber in advance that you are gonna fit this tap... because these taps are suppose to be fitted on top of the granite top near sink not on walls so requires little diff settings...:)

The media could not be loaded.  Installation was relatively smooth.. Worked fine for few days. But started leaking now with minimal usage (Installed in my new home and would have been used for 1-2 weeks spread of 3-4 months). So my lower rating is for durability.

Pros:1- Hi-end look in terms of quality and finish2- Height of the spout is great ergonomically for daily use.3- Flexible and rotatable neck for ease of use4- 7-yr warrantyCons:1- Speed of water flow is less compared to others in the market, so in case the pressure of water in your home is less, then it could be worrisome.

I keep whining about kitchen tap, the height adjustment, the side movement, needing to have a heathfaucet kind to clean the sink, it’s like someone gave all in one solution in this. First of all, it was very easy to fix, second the adjustable silicon head can be twisted in whichever height or side angle required which is very useful only those who go through regular utensil washing can understand. And at a reasonable price
