Clean tushies in this house!!
Installation was SO easy, we did it in about 7 minutes and holy wow when we took everything apart, it was scary how nasty everything was underneath, even with 2x weekly cleanings. So the toilet got an absolute deep clean! Bidet works perfectly, we don't have sink access so couldn't use the warm water but even the cold water cleans wonderfully. Recommending to all our friends and family, because they don't deserve to be walking around with poo particles either. Easy to install/ remove/ clean No leaks, no weird smells, no cloudy water Not loud or uncomfortable to sit on Only con I can think of is how flimsy the knob holder seems, if someone slips on wet floor into the toilet that thing is definitely coming off. So, yeah, just slip the other way. But 100%, Definitely worth the price!

Easy to install and works great
I was skeptical about buying a bidet attachment. When I received it I went through the instructions that are laid out perfectly and very easy to follow. The documentation has a humorous slant about the bidet experience for first time bidet users. The product works perfectly and really is a cost savings on buying strictly toilet paper. I am going to purchase 2 more to install in my remaining bathrooms.

Incredibly easy install compared to Luxe brand
Tushy was the first bidet attachment brand that I was introduced to so I immediately bought one for myself. I wanted warm/hot water so I got the Spa model. The #1 reason I’d choose Tushy brand again is because how easy, quick and LEAK FREE the installation was, as I’ve now installed 3 of them. I looked at other brands after I installed my Tushy and I saw that Luxe was very popular and half the price so I ordered one, even though I live by the mantra, “You get what you pay for.” I also ignored that customers noted leakage as a con for the Luxe brand since I had no issues installing 3 Tushy’s. I should’ve stuck to my mantra and heeded other customers’ advice. Installation was a pain! The Luxe NEO 320 Plus leaked from every single connection at one point or another during the installation. Granted, I didn’t realize there was Plumber’s tape included but in my defense, the video tutorials did not mention it at all. These bidet attachments are my first attempt at any kind of plumbing at all, like most of us, I’m assuming. In contrast to Tushy, where it was just one clear and easy to understand video that included all of the info, unlike Luxe’s multiple short videos that just aren’t as user friendly when you have to keep scrolling down to start the next extremely short video. My issue is that I shouldn’t have to read every form of instructions (video, written) to get the all of the installation info. I almost gave up on the Luxe as it was taking such a long time to fix the leaks, some even persisted after I used the Plumber’s tape. I found that with the Luxe, you had to over tighten everything to stop the leaks, which feels like a bad design. The Tushy was mainly hand tightened. Just a couple spots required an adjustable wrench. Big difference. All that said, I think I like the Luxe better after installation, but I wouldn’t go through that terrible installation process again, so the Tushy wins. Tushy pros: easy install, nozzle adjuster so you can target front to back. Tushy Spa cons: water feels just warm with knob turned all the way to the right. I did find that you can get much warmer to hot water by turning the knob past its set end point. That could damage the knob eventually though. Since the knobs are round, they become slippery if your hands are wet. The water spray is narrower than Luxe’s, not a huge deal, but Luxe’s feels gentler and I like the slightly wider spray. The nozzle adjuster barely moves on the Spa model. Maybe 1/4 of an inch when their website says it should move a 1/2 inch. That means you may have to do a little more leaning and adjusting on the toilet seat to get the spray where you want it. Probably not a huge deal but the nozzle adjuster on the Classic model moves a lot more than a 1/2 inch. I messaged Tushy about this on their website and included a video but they haven't replied to me. Interesting since they like to mention their excellent customer service. I couldn’t get my quick release toilet seat to lock in place for some reason. The Classic model worked with another quick release toilet seat though. I didn’t troubleshoot the Spa issue with Tushy since I switched to Luxe. Luxe NEO 320 Plus pros: the controls are better than Tushy. They have levers instead of round knobs so it doesn’t matter if your hands are wet. Water actually gets quite hot when you turn the knob all the way. Wider and gentler spray. It has a hinged design where you don't have to completely remove your toilet seat, just loosen it a little. This hinged design also allows you to lift the attachment up to clean under it while most other bidet attachments are fixed. Luxe NEO 320 Plus cons: terrible installation process and video tutorial. Other differences between the 2 models: the Tushy Spa has one uncovered adjustable nozzle while the Luxe NEO 320 Plus has two fixed but covered nozzles, one for front cleaning and one for the back. I don’t know how much difference 1 or 2 nozzles will make in the long run. Maybe more issues due to having more moving parts. So far I haven’t had an issue with the fixed nozzles compared to an adjustable one. The covered nozzles are nice though, as they can get soiled. There are pros and cons for both but nothing is worth the long and difficult installation process of the Luxe bidet attachment so Tushy wins. Some people got it to install easily, sure, but keep reading reviews and you’ll see that a lot of people had the same experience installing the Luxe as I did. 3 installed Tushy’s with zero leaks and zero hassle and 1 Luxe installation with all the leaks.

Freezing water? Nah
Love it! Super fast installation, if I did not deep clean the toilet before installation, I probably could have finished in 8-10mins. It is a plus when you dont have to plug it into a power source. The water is not too cold and we had outside temperatures drop down to teens or singles at night(our bathroom can go down to 62F). so far it has not bother me or my kids with its cold water. We all love how we can adjust for different body sizes and water pressure. I, for one, am definitely benefiting from this. My kids say their bums feel cleaner!

Easy Install, works great. Improved my disposition in my outlook on life.
Read directions fully before install. It's easy but there are a few minor details that if overlooked can cause frustration. Needless to say when I did the second install it was flawless. Here are a few things that I overlooked and a few pointers. If you have plumbing done to code then you wont need to shut off main. I wanted to upgrade my valves to the 1/4 turn -GATOR byte valves. Once you flush toilet and sponge out the remaining water on the bottom, disconnect the cold feed into the tank, connect the original line and using provided black cap screw firmly on the existing opened port. Then turn on water to test for leaks. Now this is where I deviated from the instructions and I felt it was easier to get the how water feed to curl less due to manufacturing process of the plastic line. Route you hot water line to the supply side BUT DO NOT CONNECT just yet. Now on the Tushy device remove the (Gator/Shark Byte type) connect from the HOT water supply. On the quick connect, first remove the nylon circlip (circular clip) from the groove that it sits in. Be careful sometime they will flick off and you will have to look for it. In the event this happens, no worries the connect will still work without it. It is to prevent unlocking by accident, which is even hard to do intentionally. NOW THIS IS IMPORTANT- Using a PVC or Tube cutter (you can buy a cheap one for about $5) make sure the supply line is a perfectly straight cut. Now compress the bottom of the quick connector, and while it is compressed insert supply tubing into connector until it cannot go any further. The first install I did I did not do this procedure and the connector leaked. I removed tubing from the connector by compressing the bottom and twisted it out of there. Once that was done I connected the provided line to the toilet, turned on the cold water supply . and tested Tushy valve. I then connected Hot water supply and tested that as well- The rest is a matter of putting the seat back on.

Excellent bidet that is so easy to install. We bought one a few months ago for our ensuite and liked it so well we bought a second for the main bathroom. We first experienced this at our son's and he indicated that it was simple to install and use. Another bonus is the reduction in toilet paper that is required!

This is my second Tushy bidet, and I remain impressed with their product. Pros: - Installation: very simple, and the included instructions basically hold your hand through the process using Ikea-style pictures. - Adaptability: the parts provided adapt to the plumbing set-up in your home, and the instructions help you determine which of the parts to use. - Non-electric: the warm water feature does not require electricity and hooks directly up to the warm water plumbing under your bathroom sink. - Flange design: Tushy has upgraded the design of the flanges since my last purchase. They are low-profile and have a clever rotating "slot" that provides excellent flexibility to adapt to your toilet seat. I have a quick-release seat that's a bit bulky where it attaches to the toilet, and the flange design made it so simple to deal with a tricky seat design - Water pressure: I'm not sure if this is specific to my home (I moved since the last installation), but I find the water pressure to be perfect on this seat. My previous one was like a pressure washer even on the lowest setting and my kids weren't comfortable using it. This one is much more comfortable and kid-friendly. Cons: - Wash Angle: I don't know if this is an issue with my toilet specifically, but I find the angle of the sprayer to be too high no matter how I adjust it. I would prefer a greater range of adjustment. - Warm Water: Because this isn't electric and hooks right into your plumbing, there is a corresponding delay for the water in the bidet to warm up as there is when you're waiting for a faucet to get warm. It's not a major issue, but if instant warm water is what you're looking for, this probably isn't the bidet for you. - Hardware: This is a minor gripe, but for this and my previous Tushy bidet, I ran into issues with the length of the existing toilet bolts that made re-installation of my toilet seat over top of the bidet quite challenging. This has nothing to do with the bidet itself, but I wholeheartedly believe that the hour I spent wrestling with the existing bolts could have been a five minute simple process if a set of long bolts and matching nuts were included with the Tushy. This is nitpicking though and can easily be dealt with if users have better forward-planning than I did. Of the cons listed above, the only one that impacted my rating is the spray angle. This is a great product at a very reasonable price.

If you can get the product connected it works great, but they way oversell the simplicity of installation. It is a major headache especially if you don't have the "right" toilet type/setup. I needed to custom order parts they recommended on their website after finding out I didn't have the right type and even those didn't fit what we needed. Now need to call a plumber to fix the parts they required me to remove... They should be more transparent about the toilet models that they fix and about the parts/difficulties in the process.
