I take 2-3 a day and I noticed I feel more focused. Wish they could seal capsules better so you can't smell or taste them. It is tolerable kind of floral.

I occasionally get chest pain and its uncomfortable. Taking these pills helps so much, im guessing with blood circulation. Whenever I finished my bottle my chest pain returned and pms breast pain, so these are a must.
