ColourPop Amethyst Hour Creme Eyeliner is now my all time favorite !!! I prefer a darker liquid liner to outline my eye but this creme gel liner is soft enough to use as a eyeshadow which is my preference. I have hazel eyes and using the Amethyst gel liner as my eyeshadow turned my hazel eyes to bright green!!!! It spread easily with my finger and stayed put all day. My way to honest hair stylist thought I was wearing a green tinted contact lens. I got so many compliments so now it is my daily eye shadow. Huge thank you to Amazon and ColourPop!!!!

This is witchcraft in the best way possible. 🥰 It is smooth to put on. It is the perfect shade. It doesn't smudge off easy. It actually stays put. Best eyeliner ever.

I heard about this from an older beauty influencer to use on your bottom waterline instead of black & had a hard time finding the bronze color she recommended. I was happy to find this one for a good price & it looks so good- just gives a hint of color for us older ladies wanting to accentuate eyes. Definitely replacing my top lid black with this brand. I love it!!!

I have hair dyed with Schwartzkopf "caviar", which is like their amythest black. It's a really odd color. And I like my sparse 50 year old brows to match. So I bought this pencil to use on them. It's a pretty good color when mixed with a standard brown-black. 🙃So my review is on its basic qualities.It's a super soft liner. Almost too soft for my use. But I think it would be awesome for lip or eye lining. The particular color I bought would definitely be too dark for my ridiculously pale complexion... But if you are goth or a POC, it would actually be lovely as a lip liner! It's a tad redder and lighter than I really need for my brows or that I'd want for my eyes, but a lovely color for lips if you like extremely dark shades. It's highly pigmented and would be full coverage.I can't say how long wearing it is used alone or on lips or near eyes, which I think would be of primary concern to me if using it for that. It seems to stay on my skin really well and is blendable... So it gets points for that in my book.I do think it's a tad pricey for the amount of product you get. That's why I deducted a star. But I think that about most makeup, these days. So take that with a grain of salt. But with how soft it is, it wouldn't last long, even if used as intended as a liner. It's definitely usable for my purposes for now... Though I'm still diligently searching for an actual brow product that might work better. With the fad today of everyone colouring their hair less common colors... I figure it's only a matter of time!

This eyeliner is so beautiful, it looks good both blended and not.
