Until I bought a cheaper model elsewhere I didn't know you pretty much have to "reset" it before you try to use it. Small pinhole at apex of the bulb (next to SD slot) and be patient. 2 cameras set up easily & beautifully, the next 2 were nightmares. But they eventually joined in and now I have all entry points covered.I absolutely dislike the cloud being forced as a purchase: but until I can be in the same zip code, so reviewing the SD cards is a much more simple task, the cloud is a necessary evil.The cameras will take themselves offline and get stuck now and again or fixate on a moving shadow or weed and refuse to allow you to maneuver them; wait it out. The other 80% of the time they're worth it.The cloud price covers up to 5 cameras so in comparison to the other versions I've found where the cloud is a per camera purchase, it's more beneficial.

I still can't program it! Not good at putting in codes etc. Someone will come along and show me, I hope!

The instructions for use are so tiny I had difficulty reading them, and I have had a hard time using the app

1 of the cameras will not connect. At 1st it did but kept saying weak wifi so I deleted and try to add again but not working

These cameras are worth every penny. Must admit took us a bit to understand the instructions.

i have purchased several of these cameras, and every time they work perfectly! I am planning on buying more of them.

The white lights on this item stopped working after two weeks. So when motion is detected, it will not light up the area.

I like how clear and crisp the video is. Also very easy to view playback of recorded video. Not being forced to sign up for the cloud like some others that won’t let you view recorded video because you did not purchase a plan to view video alarms. I would highly recommend this camera and give it a try.

- Kinda quirky and noisy.- The white noise of the camera gimble rotaing overpowers the sounds of speech. The microphone is bad enough as it is but the white noise drounds the talking out.- And as far as I can tell there is no way to prevent the gamble from moving without powering the unit off. It just spins around with the tree limbs even while you're controlling it with the app.- Lastly you can't view the videos without paying for a subscription to their cloud space. WYZE let's you view and download latest videos. That was the final decision for me to replace them with WYZE units.

The camera itself is easy to set up and seems to have a good quality image. The main issue I have is the app for this camera. When testing the notification speed (fairly quick), you cannot see the image in the notification because of the premium cloud service ad that blocks the majority of the image area, rendering it useless. The only way to get rid of it is to purchase an expensive premium package. If you were hoping for an inexpensive security camera, this would not be it.

These lights with the cameras in them are motion censored, and has a clear picture sins and immediate notification to your phone or tablet or whatever you’re using and it is the best security that I’ve bought in a long, long time I will be buying more and I recommend everyone at least at least get 3 to 4 of these, especially if you live outdoors in the country or even if you live in town they are fabulous put one in every room

Good camera HORRIBLE light. Very bad for area lighting more for small spot video recording. Don't expect delivery drivers to see your house number from this light but the recording should be fine IF you PAY extra to see the recordings. And no the cloud storage is not reasonably priced. Why would it be since you still need it for some reason to play sd card recorded footage 🤔 ???

This camera operates good but night vision looks as though it's being illuminated with a flashlight only can view a circular picture not a wide angle view like the daylight picture
