I work in a high school and we needed to do decorating for a 10ft ceiling. The footing is nice and wide. Your whole foot fits and the ladder feels sturdy. I would still never get on a ladder without a spotter but it is a great purchase. It is a little heavy but is easy to fold.

As a teacher, this ladder is invaluable to have in the room! Sturdy and stable with wide steps allow for easy maneuvering! It came assembled and is easy to store. Worth the money!

When ordering, I was concerned that the ladder may not be very sturdy or stable. However, I did not find that to be the case. I weigh 180 lbs and felt very little movement when stepping up to, and then standing on, the top 5th step. I found the ladder was fairly easy to fold and open.

Wanted something to keep in my crawl space that felt more like stairs. This works perfectly with it's wider steps. It is pretty sturdy but I fastened it to the side for extra stability. I would recommend it.

Too much hassle to try to box up and send back. This ladder is NOT sturdy. My teen was causing it to wobble at 125 pounds. I'm closer to the top weight and it was super wobbly.

Works well and a great tool for our 10 foot high cabinets.

Bought this for the added support and higher weight capacity but not was I wrong. Don't have the box it came in and will probably cost me half of what it cost just to buy a box for it. Disappointed.
