Customer Service was AWESOME!
I bought this microphone back in June to replace one of my old ones that had been through a lot of abuse in karaoke gigs over the last few years. This new one paired up with my receiver quickly and easily, but it kept powering down due to a bad connection in the battery compartment. It must have just been a bad one from the factory. It happens! So I contacted the seller, explained the issue, and they replaced it with no problems! I received the new one and it has been working flawlessly ever since. I am a very happy camper now, and I can't say enough about the great customer service! It was exceptional! Thank you!

Awesome mic with good solid weight I would recommend having a key board for sound adjustments
Great mic I would recommend this item highly took it out the box synced it to the receiver I was good to go less than 10 minutes adjusted my bass and treble on the keyboard to give a more clearer sound so far so good looking forward to ordering from Nady again ...
