Didn’t see much difference but did miss some days so I recommend doing it every night to see change

I'm sure these work very well if you follow the instructions. They have to be used everyday until finished. You need to treat them like antibiotics, if you miss a day or stop they don't work. Sadly thats what I did. I then bought another box & did use them every day & they were very effective. The problem being I drink green, Jasmine or Sencha tea with no milk & thats a tough job for whiteners long term

The only strips that have worked for me, I’ve bought these several times now, love them.

So this was the only way I could afford whiter teeth as having my teeth whitened at the dentist was a no no for me as the cost was just way to much, this was the cheapest alternative.So my routine now consists of brushing twice a day with a charcoal toothpaste (sometimes use a powder that I have aswell) followed with flossing,mouthwash, tongue scraping and also using one of these. My oral hygiene has never been better. My dentist also commented on how much whiter my teeth were.The one thing that I would highly recommend you do though before putting the strips on is get a piece of kitchen roll and dry your teeth out with it as the strips will stick better to your teeth I found this out the first time I used it the strips didn't stick as well.. I have and would highly recommend this product to anyone looking at whitening there teeth cheaply

I did actually see results after using them once and they tasted ok. Just when applying them, they are difficult to stick down and they move. Do the job though!
