Nice portable wireless mini Dremel tool
Nice portable wireless mini Dremel tool that is easy to use and has an impressive array of heads to change to. This really is a one-stop-shop for the artist to use for miniature carving and whittling. I am still finding new uses for this tool every time I break it out

Won't turn on - see update
It looks cool. The case seems impressive. I agree with others that the bits fall out of the case too easily. It appears to charge, but won't turn on, no matter what I do. I paid way too much for such a disappointment.Edit: The company reached out to me & sent a replacement. It works great, but it definitely requires some practice!

Not the most precise
The box itself was wicked cool looking but the bits fall out of it a little too easy especially when you have to turn it upside down to get to each side of bits... plus the holder for the engraver it's self held the chuck so tight I was worried about damage, so did away with the prongs that held it

Great for 3D prints
Go this to make it easier then grabbing my Dremel every time. I use this to clean up the 3D prints I make. It is great for that. Using it non stop now.

I imagine it will break quickly but something this compact and functional is just amazing. I love it and it looks so sleek.

Does not function as described. Zero customer support response.
The torque is so weak that it can't start up under 15k rpm setting. (It's supposed to run from 10k to 30k). Keep in mind that 15k is ripping fast.I emailed support to ask them about it but they never responded.Doesn't work and zero support? 👎

I get more done with my Dremel or Milwaukee rotor tools.

Doesn’t have enough power to scratch glass
I tried to use on glass, just set scratch out a pattern. It was not powerful enough to even scratched glass.

Pour graver du verre,soyez patient,dès que l'on appuis un peut plus fort,les tour diminue drastiquement,je pensais acheter un appareil de meilleur game,trois fois plus chère, le prix ne fait pas la qualité....je déconseille ce graveur bien trop chère.....je l'ai donné à ma fille de 7 ans,et me suis offert à nouveau un graveur à 30 euro de nettement meilleure qualité, de plus le vendeur tente de m'endormir avec une compensation qui ne reste qu'une promesse de politicien...

Broke after first try
When stepping up the motor at higher speed with the automatic wrist-twist, it stopped working altogether. Appearently the motor overheated or just could not handle the power spike. I can not recommend to buy it.
