Q: Are these shoes cause pain or any problem to backbone and knees?

No these trainers are designed to help with knee and back pain, by allowing the foot to be in its natuaral position. They take a bit of getting used to, but feel brilliant on my feet. Hope this helps

Q: i wear 7.5 what size should i get 7 or 8?

People say they run large but I am a size 11 and they fit true to size for me. Depends if you have wide/narrow feet - if you have wider feet go for the 8, narrow go for the 7. Hope that helps
