The first time I used it I tried the ice mold it came with and it would not shave it at all so I tried breaking it up with a hammer into smaller chunks and that worked much better but the plastic cone it comes with cracked in 2 the first use and it says easy to clean and that's a flat out lie the ice gets stuck in the shaver bucket that can't be removed and in the motor piece that u can remove but is still impossible to get out the ice stuck between the parts.... I hardly ever leave a bad review but this product is so bad its ridiculous complete waste of money all the way around probably the cheapest made appliance I've ever seen

I ordered this a month ago. Just now finally getting to use it and it stopped working after the second cone. Glue started coming out from around the bolt that’s placed in the center and the spinner stopped moving the ice so it won’t shave it. You can her the motor running but it won’t do anything. Wasted money for sure.

It came damaged.Sent ot back for refund.

It's quite loud. The first few times I used it I loved it but then it would make a sqeeling sound and stop working. It would start going again but a few more times and it finally gave out.
