It is not big enough to cover the neck, and hard to breathe during hot weather.

I wear it to golf and wash it right away after playing. It's breathable and great for spf.

This is a good mask for daily use for walking out doors. Not sure if it will be too hot for running. I just went for a walk and I am happy with how it feels and fits on my face.
