3MCOMPANY 1410HP Vetrap 4x5YD PNK Tape

I first discovered Vetrap when we owned horses many years ago. I loved how it would stick to itself, and it was so easy to tear. No more tape, pins, or scissors. It became a staple around the barn and quickly became a favorite in the house as well. I've tried cheaper brands, but they don't tear as easily, and you can't reuse them as often if you need to do a quick peek and re-wrap.We don't have horses anymore, but I still keep a few rolls of Vetrap in our first aid kit, and also use it on our dogs. I love all the different colors this comes in, I ordered the pink this time for our dog. She is being treated for cancer and we need to keep a light bandage over her hind leg to keep her from licking and chewing on the area. The Vetrap keeps the bandage on even if I attach it loosely. This is great stuff!

This did the task very well, my dog had a hot spot I wanted her to get out of habit of licking it and this really helps, not too expensive but you must be careful not to wrap too tight. She got over the habit of licking it and it healed up very well with this and a non stick pad with Neosporin or Bannix spary on the pad then I just wrapped it. Stayed on well as long as your dog does not rip it off. I just had to watch her or put on the "elizabethan collar".

Great wrap for my wounds. Worked as it should. No complaints.

Great stuff as 3M always makes. I have yet to go wrong with 3m.I find it annoying their dealers such a Walgreen and Walmart are always out of stock on the popular sizes of 3M products and fill the single empty hole with a dozen or two of their junk substitutes. I wish there was and easier way to find 3M products even Amazon's stock it spotty.

I was hoping to use this wrap to give support to my dog's wrists but it's really not enough support and the wrapping only lasts maybe two uses before it starts not sticking. I know it's advertised as being reusuable but don't plan on getting many uses out of it. Probably much better for something like covering wounds or dressings.

Description alittle misleading. Product is made for Animals and Contains latex.Picture on package shows running Horse, Dog and Cat. Product name Vetrap = Veterinary wrap. Has a weird smell when you open the package. Otherwise works well and is much cheaper than the Human alternative.

Interesting 'odd' material is Vetrap! It's a bit 'pricey' though...it does stick by itself with no adhesive...didn't quite work out for my little lame duck as a soft 'hobble' to correct a walking problem...works well for a comfortable bandage / outer covering for bandaged cuts, burns, etc. protection for animals / people big or small as needed.

Worked very well. Just wished there were more tape on the roll. Love the hot pink on my pitbull puppy. Let's everyone know she is Precious not Predatory!
