Turns tie shoes into semi-slip ons
How I arrived at my overall rating: ***** (5 stars)Value ***** (5 stars)Purchase price: $5.99(Just a little over $1 each.)Quality/Durability ***** (5 stars)Duration of use: 2 yearsStarted with shoes that I just wore to go outside to take out the trash or grab the mail. Expanded to shoes which I wear daily after finding the laces to be fairly secure.Ease of Use/Assembly/Install: ***** (5 stars)If you want them to look the best, you have to trim the ends to the right length and then I would "cauterize" it (burn it with an open flame to fuse it. I didn't really care about the look so much, so I just tied the ends together to form a loop.Usefulness/Appearance/Fun Factor: ***** (5 stars)Extremely useful! I might not give this to a kid who needs to practice tying laces, but after they have it down, absolutely!

Life saver
Review: Game-Changing Shoelace Locks for KidsI recently got these shoelace locks for my 6-year-old, who hasn’t quite mastered tying his shoes yet, and they’ve been a total lifesaver!Ease of Use:Installing the locks was simple and quick. I just had to thread the laces through the locks and secure them — it took less than five minutes. My child can now tighten or loosen his shoes independently without needing any help.Functionality:The locks hold the laces securely in place, even during active play at recess. There’s no constant stopping to fix loose laces, which keeps my son focused and safe from tripping.Durability:They’re well-made with sturdy materials that withstand plenty of pulling and tugging. We’ve used them for a few weeks now, and they’re still holding strong.Design:They come in fun colors that match different shoes, which my child loves. The sleek design also doesn’t look bulky on the shoes.Final Verdict:These shoelace locks are a game-changer for kids who can’t tie their shoes yet. They’re easy, effective, and give my child newfound independence. Highly recommend them to any parent facing the shoelace struggle!

Seem to be as good as the more expensive brand and you get more for less.
Review of 5 Pairs No Tie Shoe Laces for adults, Elastic Shoe laces ,shoe laces tieless, no tie shoe laces for kidsI ordered these after trying Lock Laces. These are cheaper and you get more of them. Don't expect that they arrive all neatly spread out like in the ad listing; they arrive packaged as pictured above. All the pieces were there though. I did not measure these, and they're supposedly the same length as Lock Laces, but they don't seem to be. They seem to be just slightly shorter, but not by much. These stretch out quite a bit though.I like that these all have aglets (small plastic on the end) on them, and the other brand does not. The aglets help feed the laces onto the shoes. You end up cutting them off if you choose to trim them down to size, and I found that without cutting them off, I could not get the closures to snap onto the laces when finished. These seem to fray a little, so I had to use a lighter to melt the ends of the laces after trimming. These seem to hold just fine so far. I like that they improve the appearance of the laced footwear, in my opinion anyway. I like that I can leave enough laces that I can loosen them up some if I decide to later. My footwear stays on my feet comfortably, not too tight, not too loose.I did not like that these were not really long enough to complete the lacing of my ankle length hiking boots. It would have really been a stretch (no pun intended) to get the top lacing completed and still have been able to lock the laces in place. I doubt these would work in any footwear more than 5 or maybe 6 inches in height.Time will tell on how well they hold up, and if they don't hold up, I will do my best to update this review.Hopefully this honest review is helpful.

Easy to use
Hello, I purchased these no-tie shoes for my son. After he exercised for about 30 minutes, the end cap on one shoe snapped off. Then, I close three of the by mistake, but I’m not sure how to contact the company to get replacements. Now I only have 2 caps that are still in good condition. Anybody, any idea.Thank you

Best value for your money
Exactly what I ordered. They work well and I got 5 sets for the cost of 1 or 2 sets from other manufacturers. I ended up putting them on another pair of shoes as well. I love them. I wouldn’t change a thing.

Never worry about tying your shoes again.
Shoe laces that you don't have to keep tying. These shoe laces are a great invention. They are better than the wired shoe laces because they don't break and they are very easy to loosen and tighten when needed. I use them now on all my shoes. I never have to worry about my laces coming untied. The only issue is that one needs to be careful that you don't loosen so much that the lock comes off. If the lock comes off, you just need to reinstall the lock. That has only happened once. The different colors are useful for different colored shoes. The blue ones match my pickleball shoes and the black ones match my hokas. These are a great value and a time saver. I highly recommend them.

Mostly pleased with laces
My husband likes these on his shoes. However, one of the locks was sprung and it wouldn't lock closed. So he has one blue tab and one black tab. It's not a big deal but if we ever want to use the black laces we won't have a locking tab.
