Better than what I expected!
So far so good! I decided to try hmr because after meal prepping and making the same food, i started getting bored of the same meals and lazy of prepping. I've tried the Chicken Creole and mushroom risotto and it's great! I've also tried the turkey chilli in the 5 pack and tasty with great protein. Don't expect 3 Michelin Star quality food but for a quick and healthy meal, definitely delicious! The best part is you just have to pop it in the microwave and you're ready to go! And it's already portioned 😁 I'm sticking to the variety packs because I get bored of meals fast so at least this way, my pallette isn't growing accustomed to one flavor. If you want to eat better without the hassle of prepping, cleaning, and having food cooked and stored for a week or two, then I highly recommend you try this.

Tastes great (mostly) but portions are SMALL.
I am experimenting with these meals. Started less than a week ago, so I cannot comment on weight loss, as yet. But for those who are considering trying HMR, I'd like to say, after eating three or four of the meals so far: (1) I've enjoyed each one that I've tried, EXCEPT THE MUSHROOM RISOTTO. Too spicy for me. But, everyone's tastes are different, so if you like super-spicy food, you might like it. The vegetable stew with beef tastes great, as do the chicken meals. After doing some research on the HMR website, I've discovered that they only offer 16 different entrees, so I'm wondering if the variations might get boring after awhile. Also, be aware that the meals are SMALL. Each entree is in a microwavable tray that is 5.25 x 3.75 - smaller than those diet meals you buy at the supermarket. However, this is where the shake comes in. The protein in the shakes helps you to feel satisfied longer. To date, I've had the chocolate shake (tastes great). Also, be prepared to spend more time & $$$ in the produce aisle! I will update when I know more about my results.

yuck!
This food is awful - very overprocessed and everything tastes a little weird. I thought I would give these meals (and the program) a try on my own, but I could only stomach 2 of these entrees before I called it quits. Going back to real food and counting macros - so much healthier!

TASTY AND FILLING
Stmbled on these completly by accident looking for instant meals for the office. So far I have tried 4 varieties. The lentil stew is good. The Ravioli is better and the chickemn primavera is better still. I'm looking forward to trying the others. I am on a weight loss journey have lost 50 lbs . These are part of a weight loss plan but I am not doing that. I'm just changing what I can and eating better. These are small but filing and tasey on their own or add some spices like I have and make them what you want.

Great for work
Really appreciate having these quick and healthy backup meals in my desk at work so I don't have to drop $10 for lunch when I forget mine at home. Simple heating instructions, hearty and creative meals. Appreciate the convenience and fair price.

Misleading photos
I am new to these foods, so I took the photos at face value. Wrong. The veggies in every photo are not included. Naive? Maybe. More like not really awake. You get a small try of the non-veggie items. Taste OK. Nothing to go wow about.

Quick, easy and tasty!
I ordered this to supplement my Nutrisystem plan. I was not disappointed. Each entree takes just 1 minute in the microwave and I easily scanned them into MyFitnessPal for tracking. What was most surprising was that they're really pretty tasty! Sodium isn't horrible and the price per unit is excellent. I tried the combo pack for some variety and will definitely be ordering more.
