Not all stainless steel, some plated cast metal where in contact with water
Used these in motorhome to connect to RV park city water. The concept is great, they are very flexible and do not kink or collapse, even when in tight bends or turns. However, they do corrode quickly, especially when in hard water environments. Additionally, the not stainless-steel connectors may be contributing to accelerated deterioration due to dissimilar metals and galvanic corrosion. Cannot recommend these for hard water environments.

Very sturdy and reliable
I use this for my rain barrels. One for the overflow to go into another barrel, and one to drain the water into containers when needed. I have purchase several of these for rain barrel use. I would buy these again
