After being a chronic migraine sufferer I have tried many products all with minimal or no affect!I have tried the cheap and the expensive, the good and the bad and I’m so glad to have finally found this!Not only does it fit well but gives the maximum cooling affect with minimal time in the freezer. Unlike other products the gel doesn’t formulate hard so you can mould to pressure points!If your a long haired individual you can pop your hand through the top for maximum comfort!This is by far the best migraine relieving product I have used and would recommend for all!

My son and I both suffer with headaches and migraines. This really helps, as well as the ice pack it also blocks out light. Much better than trying to balance a picnic ice pack on your head! It doesn't get rid of the migraines but it helps relieve some of the pain. It doesn't stay frozen for long though so I've got several of these ice hats in the freezer ready to go.

I bought this because I suffer from migraines & thought it looked good. The cap is quite big, so it doesn’t feel like it compresses around your head that much, although I don’t mind that. You need to just work the ice a little so it isn’t so hard before you put it on, but it doesn’t take much to do that! The only downside I’ve found is that the material is so thin, the ice is too cold for my head…I’ve solved it by wrapping a tea towel around my head before putting it on! Overall I like it and use it fairly often (even without a im migraine, when we had the heatwave in July/August, it was worth having!) and feel like it does what I need it to.

I ordered this to have on hand for the frequent headaches I get and for my menopausal hot flashes. I’m so glad I chose this particular one! It’s really well made and comfortable…it can be worn in different ways so you can adjust it as you need. The price is low compared to the quality of it.The cap stays cold and fits well on my head, it’s comfortable and flexible, and it re-freezes quickly. It doesn’t get wet the way that other cold packs do. I would definitely recommend buying it!

I bought 2 of these earlier this summer when heatwaves were forecast as being a lady of 'certain years' I had really suffered last summer. I remember saying to my other half - I wish I could have a hat made of ice! I decided to look online to see if such a thing existed, and it does!This cap/hat is made of a nice thin stretchy soft fabric but is sewn well. The top is open and the hat can be adjusted in various positions around your head - down on the back of the head/neck, over the eyes etc.,They are COLD! And maybe just half a minute on first taking out the freezer is enough to feel much cooler. I got two at the same time so one could be freezing, and one wearing around the house and garden. I might look like a very odd middle-aged pixie but I was certainly much cooler!

Not working waste money

I have so many headaches that grind me down but when I use this it calms the intensity, relaxes my head and is so comfortable.Would definitely recommendThank you never even k we such a product existed.

I bought this product as I suffer with severe migraines and nerve pain due to chronic regional pain disease in my head and face. I have bought similar products before but none are as good as this. It really helped with the pain around my eye sockets, behind my ears and at the back of my head. Well worth the money, I just wish I bought two.
