I really like these vegan iron gummies because they make taking an iron supplement much easier than swallowing pills. The peach flavor is pleasant, the texture is soft, and they don’t have that strong metallic taste that many iron supplements have. I appreciate that they include Vitamin C, B-Complex, Folate, Zinc, and other nutrients that complement the formula. They are convenient to take daily and a good option for anyone who has trouble with traditional iron tablets. The bottle size is practical, and I like that they are vegan and easy to chew. Overall, these gummies are a tasty and simple way to add iron support to my daily routine.

I noticed a difference since taking these. I take mine at night so I have a full stomach and it doesn’t bother me at all. Also no bathroom issues either. I definitely wake up feeling more rested and energized when i take this at night. Also taste is good. Has a little iron aftertaste but it’s very mild almost unnoticeable. I take 1-2 and it’s an easy gummy to chew. Really great product.

As a vegetarian woman of childbearing age, I've been taking iron supplements for decades. Pills containing iron tend to upset my stomach, so I was glad to find these gummies for myself and my kids. They're... OK. At least they have a pleasant texture and are easy to chew, but these don't taste great. They are nominally berry-flavored, but they have a strong metallic undertone. The overall combination of sweet, tart, and metallic flavors reminds me of blood lemonade. That may not seem like a ringing endorsement, so why am I giving them four stars? Well, it's really hard to find any kids' multivitamin with iron, so I'm just glad these exist. And the other iron gummy brands that we've tried are even worse. At least my kids are willing to eat them without complaint, and I can bear the taste as long as I quickly drink something afterwards. And they've helped keep my iron levels up just as much as the pill-form multivitamin I was previously taking. So, they're good enough!

As someone who have been challenged with anemia, somedays or worse than others when it come onto my energy level. There are time I'll move from a rabbit to a turtle while completing my task and this is very much annoying and frustrating and to top it off most iron pills will leave this bad metallic taste in my mouth for hours making taking them not do much appealing but I must tell you that since taking this iron gummy supplements all my prayers have been answered. I now step in my day as the champion I am, feeling energized revitalized and hopeful. I must admit that I was very skeptical because I came to the comment section after making my purchase and the comments on the peach flavor had thrown me off but I tell you this I am loving the peach combination it do have a little metallic taste but it is not overbearing. For a more fun-fill and fulfilling day at this product to your daily routine.

Did not expect the product to be from China. It was not clear at all and I would not have bought it in the first place and it seems return is not possible either.

These kind of have that mouth feel of stale gummy lollies and aftertaste of blood, overall they’re ok and I’d probably buy again if I can’t find a better alternative
