This product was purchased for my great granddaughter. Her doctor advised she needed zinc supplement. The product description said due to strong mineral taste to put in food or drink. We found not necessary as we all tried the drops and they aren't too bad

Like a lot of people in the modern world, I have trouble with nutrient absorption. Not getting enough zinc will contribute significantly to this issue and this phenomenon is very common, especially if you are or ever have been a vegetarian. I like the liquid; I just put it into my homemade electrolyte mix whenever I make it and sip it throughout the day. This seems to work much better for me than capsules or tablets, and with this product, the cost is very reasonable: the three bottles will typically last me a year or close to it.

I have been using ionic zinc for several years and feel that it’s the best way to supplement my zinc intake.I haven’t had a seasonal health issue in the time that I have been using it.

Yes this stuff is very strong but it is a wonderful absorbable form of zinc. Zinc in capsules makes me nauseous so I decided to try a liquid. I find that I can do three or four drops in water without tasting anything but the best option is to put several drops in an empty capsule, close it and and swallow it. That way I don't have to taste it! It also contains other trace minerals.

Just to be clear, one reviewer talked about the zinc taste test and this product. The taste test is done with zinc assay, not this. This has other minerals in it and will ALWAYS taste bad. So use this product only if you know you're deficient because it IS going to taste horrible, but it works well and is highly absorbable. I spread my dose out 4 times a day (1/4 dropper each serving) in a bit of juice and get it down with minimal issues. Oh, and I feel great since taking it.
