Fairly easy to use. Wish it gripped my hair strands better but it is still effective. Has good curling ability and ability to straighten my hair. 2 heat controls. Good value for money and looks very stylish. Pleased with lurchase for the money.

I'm very happy with the BaByliss Smooth Pro Hair Straighteners. It's easy to use: they glide effortlessly through the hair and leave it soft and smooth after use. I usually use a lower temperature, which works well for me, though for quicker or longer-lasting results, using higher heat might be necessary. Overall, a great product that does its job really well!

Replaced my old babyliss straighteners which I’d had for years. These are just as good with extra heat settings. My hair is very fine and a cool setting works well without burning. It is lightweight with a good length cord and very smooth plates. This model has a catch to keep the wands closed when not in use which I love.

So easy to use, they heat up so fast. Very clear what temp they are at and when it's reached the temp. Nice heat mat includes. Very good value for money.

I bought the babyliss smooth pro 235 in black/rose colour on 23 July 2025, the best straightener.Regardless of natural roots along with straighten hair strands from perming (growing out the perm, finally going natural, also used hair protection products and the like) it still breeze through my hair in the state it's in at present, perfectly. I do recommend to all women the babyliss smooth pro 235 hair straightener are the best.I did pay over £30.00 but worth the price for more than what you get.

The straighteners made a buzzing/clicking noise which I found irritating. At first, I thought they were faulty so I returned them but after reading up about the product it seems to be a normal part of how they function. I was not aware that they would make any noise before I purchased them. The buzzing noise (electrical clicking noise) really irritated me so I returned them.
