I bought these after reading reviews that the arch support was too high. I have high arches and need something high. Well, these fit the bill! Just bought a second pair. Without these inserts, my feet hurt pretty quickly. With these inserts I feel almost instant relief. Perfect for those who have high arches!

This insole are too wide and it doesn’t even fit inside my shoes. The description shows the numbers for men and women but this only would fit for man shoes unless you have wide feet. There is a reason for why this product is selling by genders and the description doesn’t provide accurate information. In my picture I showed the difference between my old insoles and the new ones. For both insoles I had cut the top of them and the difference is very notable.

These inserts are really nice and comfortable. My husband is on his feet for 10+ hours a day and his feet, knees and back do not bother him.

Not for people with wide feet. I cut to fit in my shoes and wore them for awhile. After 2 days my feet hurt worse than they did when I started. The insert is so narrow that it felt almost like there was an arch on both sides. Definitely will not buy again. A total waste of money for me. Very disappointed.

While this insole does what it says. Cutting it down to a women's size is ALOT of wasted material and really not worth it. For the only thing to real be cut is the toe area and even then it goes into the cushion area of the sole. I order the recommended size for a women's 9. Maybe go down a size?!?!
