Excellent pillows!
First of all, a HAND-WRITTEN THANK YOU NOTE was in each of these packages, I have never received anything so personal from Amazon. Love to see it & support a family business! Secondly, the pillows are fantastic quality. Great value & price- plus, they are super comfortable without losing their shape, which I really appreciate for aesthetics alone. Very pleased & have slept like a baby since our purchase. Thank you!

Great pillow!
This pillow is great. I've had neck and shoulder problems for years. I had found a contour pillow about 8 or 9 years ago that finally worked. I needed to replace it and I've tried to find one comparable to it with no success until this one. I had to remove some of the filling, but after that it worked great. No neck or shoulder pain, at all! I'm so glad I decided to this one and the price was amazing. Service was fast and there was a personal note included. My only question was about 3 different pillows that had the exact same description with a different design on the pillow and had 3 different prices. I took the least expensive one with just a plain white covering because other than that it looked to be the same pillow and I think (not certain) that it was the same seller. If they are different products, I can't imagine they perform any better. I'm a very satisfied customer!

Wonderful
They’re the perfect softness/firmness for us. Best buy for pillows in a while, we didn’t notice any chemical smell but we let them air out for three days and they both opened up to the perfect size. They came in this cute little orange bag. We got these cooling pillowcases and the two are perfect together. We will definitely buy again.

Decent, but softer and thinner than hoped
I have a 3 year old bamboo pillow that I expected similar results from these. There are thinner (less filled) than I expected, for a side-sleeper these are a little on the soft side..... otherwise, they came quick, appear to be nice quality so far.....

Very impressed
The quality of this 2 pack of KING sized pillows is over the top. They had a very nice appearance and are very very comfortable. I will most definitely recommend and will be buying more!!

Great pillows
These pillows worked great. We got a pack of 2 and my husband likes really plume pillows and I like them a little flatter, so I took some of the foam out and it worked out great. Really soft to lie on and very nice covers.

Just Right! Not too soft or hard

Not firm at all. Not for side sleepers.
I purchased this because of good reviews, looking for a replacement for my Z pillow. The pillow is not at all firm , nowhere even close in support compared to my Z. I'm sure the company is good as far as support goes; received a nice handwritten note, but I can't sleep on that.If you're a side sleeper needing a firmer pillow, I'd give this one a pass.
