It works well. I used it for a week
I have used it for a week now and almost every day and definitely more than two times. I read the reviews and made sure not to keep it in the freezer for more than 3-5 mins and mostly I keep it in the fridge. I get to use it for 15 minutes before it reaches an almost room temperature in a non AC room.Packing is good. No tear so far. The gel inside moves well.Only tried it as a cold pack. Did not microwave it yet.All in all it works well enough for me.It's convenient and good enough size to place it near the area I need.The pack used is not irritating to my skin and is comfortable. Was able to fold it a little to apply to the side of my foot.Not too heavy either.As long as you don't put it in the freezer for too long I think the gel pack will be ok to use.I put it in the outer cover and then place it in my fridge.

Works wonders
This pack is very helpful for all kinds of pains. Be it cold pack or hot pack. Very convenient to use, and effective, and there is no fear of where we to store it. We can put it in the fridge, size is also perfect.

Durable cold pack
Good product, I have used it as cold pack so far. Does not give cooling effect same as other convention ice packs, though. But surely better packed and durable.

Good for cold, useless for hot.
Poor quality, if used as cold packs ok, but but when used as hot pack, after 2nd use the pouch started leaking the gel.
