The product would freeze to black screen for 2 or 3 seconds and was not the quality I expected.

The frame is beautiful but I was unhappy when setting it up through the app, which is the only way to use this product.Firstly, I needed to create an account through the app before I could set up the frame, and when I entered my phone number, I never received a text with the needed verification code. I finally used an email address, but it still took about 10-15 minutes before the email arrived. (I could find no contact information for support personnel to help me troubleshoot this in the meantime.)Secondly, you are not able to use the app to add or manage photos unless you give it access to your camera, microphone and location data (even though I’d already given it access to my photo albums). When I read through the privacy policies, it mentioned it’s governed by the laws governing People’s Republic of China, which I’m not really comfortable sharing all my data with. I don’t see any reason they need complete access to my microphone and camera in order for me to upload images I’ve previously taken.Thirdly, the second time I tried to access my frame through the app, it had trouble connecting and I wasn’t able to get it to allow me to manage my photos. I ended up going through the frame and doing a factory reset to wipe my data and am sending it back.Even though this is a less expensive policy, I am returning it and am ordering one from Aura Home, as I feel more comfortable with their privacy policies and the fact it’s a US-based company.

This frame takes up to a (I've read) 128gb memory card. That is 35,500 photos. It aptly handles the thousand photos I have put on the card. I love having my pictures on display and will be adding more. I love that it plays pictures when you walk in front of it. My family will actually stop for a minute and watch the photos. All those fun memories. I love this product. I specifically did NOT want wi-fi. I can add my own pictures to the card. You cannot go wrong with this frame. Crystal clear from any angle.

I was able to upload all my photos from my phone and place photo display in my living room where i could enjoy my photos all the time. I get so many compliments when people come over. Its really nice being able to enjoy my photos not just on my phone. Great product & worth the buy.

My old digital frame died, so I was looking for a replacement. Everything now is WiFi/app controlled, which was not what I wanted. I wanted a frame I could just plug a USB thumb drive into. This frame took 30 seconds to set up - plug in the wall adapter, stick the thumb drive in and it immediately recognized it and started the slideshow. Much to my surprise, it started playing all my vacation videos, which I forgot were on the thumb drive. Easily switches to pictures using the remote. Picture clarity and sharpness are FAR better than my last frame (a Nix brand that was equal cost). Very pleased with it so far.
