It’s good, taste is similar to original coconut water. But I guess it can’t compete with original coconut water. Can’t give you same benefit 100% , so you can go for this in case it’s hard to get the original coconut water. Otherwise you should prefer real one over this.

Great for rehydration in the middle of a hot summer day for sure. Go for it! Easy to carry because of the small sachets too.
