Not gonna lie, when I saw "D-Cup" size I was very skeptical and thought these would be really too big. I thought 'no way I'm going to fit my stuff into that [pouch]'. Alas, these fit very well. I'm a bigger guy in this area and have a lot to slug around. So if you can hold your junk with both hands and STILL NOT get it all, you might need these undies. Not only do they look great accentuating the [my] bulge as they promise to do, they feel very comfortable. So far seam quality is good but have only cycled through wearing these one time and same for laundering. Last thing, the material is not too thick and neither too thin. The other plus is the banding (white area in the picture) does a good job at corralling everything into the pouch area and keeping it there. No peaking parts trying to escape.

By far, my favorite of all the Real Men products!!!! Perfect fit, comfortable, and durable. The waistband is better than all the other ones, so far.

Wow, I just found my new workout underwear. I'm impressed by the fabric and how well constructed these are. Unlike some other pouch underwear that just separates the goods from your legs, these gently hug the package and lift everything up just a little. Everything feels contained and in place. These are going to be great for the weight room, although I think this might be my new daily go-to. The waistband is substantial and comfortable. They look great and feel great on. I have the RealMen bikini briefs and like them, but I like these even more.

These are very comfortable and well fitting. If you have a tough time finding a place for everything in the regular briefs we all grew up with, these are worth a try. Four stars because the fabric is a tad thin. Not uncomfortable. Just on the thin side.

Very comfortable for the old boys. I am thin fit older man and find good support with a size small and C pouch. A better design would be a more full rise brief with the same pouch. I have some of their 7” model and they are nice. I chose a size small with a B pouch for a more snug feel as they stretch a bit more than the nylon briefs. A picture wouldn’t be appropriate and you know what they look like. I will update if any issues arise.

The material of this underwear is exquisite. The aesthetics are wonderful. They do produce a nice bulge--quite impressive actually. They would be helpful for sexual activity. What I wanted from this underwear was a pair that did not cause my balls to fall out the bottom of the underwear.. They embrace everything nicely. They also have a nice sensation to them, so that when you walk there can be a nice consequence from your movement! The problem I have with them has been that they bring some pain to my balls. I got a B pouch. I don't know if this was too small or not. I suspect it might be. I would be over the top in recommending these if I didn't have the discomfort. This is an updated review: I still have not been able to make the pain go away, so I ordered a larger pouch and waist size to see if that would help. I would say this. They make for an excellent swimming suit. They are very sleek and ideal when swimming. But still even when swimming they cause pain for me. Final update: I am getting a little more used to these, but they still cause me pain some time. They do make for a good swimming suit, but you have to be willing to be bold. They do not hide anything. They are excellent for sexual activity. The character of the material really enhances sensation. These underwear do also tend to be a bit warm, especially during the summer. I definitely think I need a larger pouch. But I learned not to go too large.

Like my headline says, these are not really bulge enhancing - they are bulge allowing. They do not create an appearance of what is not really there, and they don't make anything look bigger than it is, they just allow what you have to look as big as it is. Naturally. Comfortably. These are probably my favorite briefs of all time. I order the Large with D pouch (their largest pouch available). My normal underwear is also in the large range (36-38" waist), and I'm 6'4" and about 240 lbs. The typical store-bought brands are very crushing and uncomfortable. 20 years ago or so, Jockey used to make some really accommodating styles for us well-endowed men in their brief lines...or I should say around 20 years ago was when they stopped, because I haven't found anything by Jockey that didn't crush my man parts since around that time. Recently, I've tried David Archy, Separatec, Colorfulleaf, and these Real Men briefs. I own several of each brand. I'll be doing separate reviews on the others, but I have to say that the RM briefs are my ultimate favorite for package comfort. The only negatives I can say about the RM briefs are that the backside does not offer total coverage for my cheeks; it's more like a 90-95% rear end coverage. It did feel a bit weird when I started wearing them, but they did not creep up into a wedgie at all, and after about 2-3 weeks of wearing the RM exclusively, I didn't even notice it anymore, so I don't mind it at all, but it's just something worth noting. The other negative is that after ordering several packs over time, the last pack I received was very different from the first several packs (which were all identical). The most recent pack contained briefs that were far bigger at the waist, even though they were supposed to be the same size. The pouch was the same, but the waist was way bigger - I didn't even bother to try them on, because they didn't look right out of the pack, and I laid two down next to my originals and it was not an insignificantly wider waist size. Also, the labeling on the inside was completely different, so I don't know if RM changed their design, or if I got a bad batch (or knockoff)....but I returned that pack. I'm worried that future orders may not be the same as the ones I've been happy with. As a well-endowed man, finding comfortable underwear can be a chore. This pouch design provides a very comfortable cradle for my man parts. The D pouch does fit me a bit snugly, but there is some stretch to the pouch, which is also convenient for those occasional bouts of morning wood in the middle of the afternoon. Even though the pouch is cupped to contain the goods, it is also flexible enough to allow for some covered-up tail wagging towards your significant other. Also, the seams on the pouch don't really leave marks on the tool. I generally dislike briefs with any seams that come into contact with the manhood, but these are actually tolerable, perhaps because they're more along the sides, rather than down the middle, so even though they are quite pronounced vertical seams, they don't bother me. The material is soft and stretchy, and it remains fairly cool in the hot summer, and still very comfortable in the winter time, as well, even under thermals. I have not experienced any extra sweat in any season, and I think the pouch design actually helps minimize that, since it cradles everything it its own pocket instead of squished against the groin area with the higher main body temperature. Of all the underwear I've owned in the past 20 years, these are my preferred go-to. Not that I dislike the others (again, I will review them separately), but it's just that these RM briefs are just that good. Even though I do like the other brands in my drawer, I often find myself doing laundry early when I run out of the RM, because my package appreciates them just that much more. My fellow well-endowed men, give these some consideration.

These are amazing! Finally something that keeps everything in place. An actual pouch that fits right! Feels great. I'd recommend this product most definitely!

This underwear keeps the tool box contained all day; there is no chance of falling out at all. Very comfortable to wear, no ride-ups or chafing, and can be used for active activity as well. It is not an enhancing underwear so does not create a 'uncomfortable' bulge in business wear.

L-XL sollte man schon nehmen

Well I’ve never reviewed a pair of pants, but these are really comfortable around the groin area! The pouch is oversized but very comfortable and the waist size runs very slightly large. They really should make a C pouch as the B is slightly small (although I prefer the extra white piping on the seams). The cut of the underwear is excellent and I like the material, although offering the same style in different materials would be good. RM’s vertical V fly works brilliantly and should be available in these briefs. I really like the double seam on the pouch. They have a look like swimwear without a drawcord. They wash well.

Die Slips sind super bequem und nicht kneift und alles hat genug Platz. Sind meine Lieblingsunterteile. Leider preislich etwas zu teuer. Trotzdem eine Empfehlung

Taille correctement. Je mesure 177cm et 73kg la taille M est bien. J'aurais aimé punch B mais il en restait plus. Agréable a porter 4 pièces 35€ c'est correct. Je l'ai mis dès son arrivée ́) sexy! Mon paquet a de la place. Chez Akin.. c'est le prix d'un seul donc pas mal pour se sentir bien dedans dans la journée.
