I never leave reviews, but this was worth it
I never leave reviews, but wanted to come here and tell people that this is something I use every single day. Fantastic product. I've consumed it daily for about a year now, a great part of my workout. Doesn't tweak me out with caffeine, just gives me an extra umph in my push while I lift. Clean product. Worth the cost.

Ticks every box for me!!
I freaking love this stuff. I was looking for an affordable, good ingredient, no caffeine pre and this one hit the nail on the head. It tastes so good and it’s my favorite because I only need one scoop to get the job done so I get like double the servings. WARNING:: it will make you really itchy!!! That’s the point!!! It has more beta alanine which gives you the itchy feeling. I got it for this reason, but many people do not like it so be aware if the before you buy it!! So for my needs and preferences, I love it!

Uncomfortable Side Effect
Here’s a balanced, honest review you could post: I really wanted to like this pre-workout because I enjoy other Promix products, but this one wasn’t for me. The taste was unpleasant, and even with only half of a serving, my entire body felt like it was covered in needles. I became extremely uncomfortable and itchy, and the tingling sensation was much more intense than I expected. I’ve used other pre-workout supplements before. Some have given me a mild tingling sensation, while others haven’t at all, so I understand that this can happen. However, the intensity of the sensation with this product was enough that I won’t be using it again. It may work well for others, but based on my experience, I can’t recommend it.

I compete in jiu jitsu and i took this the day of competing and was focused yet energized. No weird numbness or symptoms from the b12

Good, but with one major flaw
Excellent pre workout with all the effects of generic pre workout, but without the jitters and cleaner ingredients! Ultimately the product itself gets 4 stars - once opened, the package never truly reseals. Powder was caked into the seal line of the bag, making it unable to seal; and I’ve probably lost some product due to this flaw. Maybe tubs will be better in the future.
