Amazing lens in terms of buid quality, image quality, light weight during travel etc.Online reviews made me choose this lens for my Sony Alpha 7M3, instead of the comparable but highly expensive Sony lens.Also got at a good price during festival season.

Tamron lenses quickly get fungus inside lens element. This is not even little dust proof for the amount we pay. 28-75 mm lens struggles with glare and ghosting. Not recommended for sunlight scenes. 75 mm range produce ghosting bokeh which kind of affecting the image quality. Choose wisely if you are planning to purchase this one. All youtube reviews are nonsense. Tamron don't have good service centre to clean the fungus and no experts to do this. If you find some expert let me know please

While in the product description only says warranty details of europe and did not mentioned any details in India. It was surprising se see Tamron only provides 2 years service warranty in India. In a way seller is hiding the correct information.

lens might be good but in case of any issue,Tamron service center is worst . Very disappointed and feels sad

NIespodzianką było dla mnie odrzucenie mojego egzemplarza, kupionego w Amazonie, w programie Tamrona 5-letniej gwarancji.Powód - "(nie) został legalnie i oficjalnie zaimportowany do UE"Co do walorów technicznych. W ciągu nie całego tygodnia użytkowania, sprawuje się świetnie.

This lens has fantastic build quality and optical quality for the price, but with my A7RII there are severe focus issues. The camera doesn't look on and take the image in all situations. A common issue according to a quick search on the internet so it is not my camera that is faulty. Seem to be a problem with lenses from Tamron, bot the newer VXD and the older RXD lenses. If you need high stability and spot-on focusing, this is not the lens for you.

Non sono mai stato un fan di obiettivi di terze parti, zoom o fissi che siano, ho sempre preferito spendere qualche euro in più ma acquistare appunto obiettivi nativi per le mie fotocamere. Questo zoom l'ho acquistato più che altro per curiosità ma soprattutto perché in tantissime recensioni sul web, viene quasi osannato per le sue qualità ottiche, per di più ad un costo accessibile a parecchi. Appena installato sulla mia Sony A7 Mark V da 61 mpx ho subito pensato "non ce l'ha farà mai a reggere tutti questi mpx!" ......sorpresa! Sono rimasto davvero di stucco ed ho anche esclamato in maniera colorita talmente le immagini sono belle e nitide già a f2.8, incredibile! Al di là del dettaglio davvero notevole per non parlare poi del Bokeh molto fine e cremoso, anche i colori che restituisce questa lente sono fantastici, caldi e con quel look molto simile alle pellicole fotografiche di un tempo, tant'è che già i file Raw spesso non hanno neanche bisogno di interventi, sono già belli così! "ovvio che bisogna comunque partire bene con le impostazioni in macchina". Poi, ha una messa a fuoco alla minima distanza davvero sorprendente, specie a 28mm, dove quasi si tocca la lente frontale talmente ci si può avvicinare al soggetto, questo permette anche degli ottimi macro "vedi foto sul mio profilo". L'obiettivo in se è costruito bene, i materiali non sono "Premium" ma neanche scadenti, la sensazione di solidità si percepisce e non ci sono giochi di sorta tra le parti mobili. Le ghiere ruotano fluidamente, forse un po' troppo morbida quella della messa a fuoco manuale. L' AF è molto reattivo ed estremamente preciso, non ho mai riscontrato difficoltà particolari. Acquistato nuovo su Amazon a poco più di €780,00, non ho proprio di che lamentarmi e sono pienamente soddisfatto. Lo consiglio vivamente!
